Maintenance

Both packages include:

• Spring clean up (as long as there was a cover on the pool)
• Emptying of skimmer and pump basket
• Skim pool surface
• Vacuum pool
• Brush walls when necessary 
• Scrub scum line when necessary
• Test water chemistry
• Add necessary chemicals
• Fill out on site log book
• Scrub scum line when necessary
• Backwash sand filter
• Make sure pump is primed
• Make sure pool is running with proper pressure
• Stain preventing and algaecide treatments when required
• Quality control checks done by the owners/management

Home owner is responsible for maintaining their water level

We don't require anyone to be home as long as we have the necessary access.

Though highly unlikely, if for some reason your pool becomes cloudy or discolored, we will be there everyday until it is remedied as quickly as possible at no extra cost or hassle to you.

We can generally accommodate time/date change requests with notice.  If this becomes a recurring matter we may discuss changing your scheduled date/time permanently however we will happily do what we can to ensure your pool time will not be disturbed.

If you discover anything wrong please contact our office immediately and we will arrange a service call as soon as possible.  If our technicians find anything wrong with a piece of equipment, they will inform the client as well as our office.  It will be up to the client to contact the office and book a service call.
