Service Calls $100/hour +tax

Most service calls will be pro-rated. Minimum charge of $60 for a call-out.

Repair work

We provide repair work on pumps, filters and heaters. We can also provide replacements for anything on the equipment pad.

Equipment Replacements

Estimated Costs for New Hayward Equipment installed with taxes included

Super Pump (1 HP or 3/4 HP) $1100

Super Pump 2 (1HP or 3/4 HP) $1150

22" Sand Filter $1000 with sand

24" Sand Filter $1050 with sand

Hayward gas heater can be quoted on-site and typically run between $4000-$6000 installed

Our recommended brand of new equipment is Hayward however we can acquire other brands at the client's request. Prices will vary.

FAQs

Does someone need to be home for a service call?

We don't require anyone to be home as long as we have the necessary access. Our team will communicate anything with you directly prior to doing any work.

What happens when there is something wrong with my pool equipment?

If you discover anything wrong please contact our office immediately and we will arrange a service call as soon as possible. If our technicians find anything wrong with a piece of equipment, they will inform the client as well as our office. It will be up to the client to contact the office and book a service call.

Does a new heater need to be inspected after install?

Yes. Manitoba Hydro will set up an inspection after the install. If for some reason it does not pass inspection our gas fitter will be back to remedy the issue.
